Now, the holiday home can be easily rented out when not in use by sending the tenant a time-limited web link that allows them to control the house.

The house can be set to ECO mode during absences to save energy costs.

The door can be opened for delivery drivers or cleaning staff from anywhere.

With xaxada wireless actuators and sensors, it is possible to equip older buildings with xaxada building automation without major modifications.
