Use in a condominium

As the owner of a condominium, you can find all the details on the single-family home page. We recommend a wired installation if possible.

Web-based IP control (no app required):

As a xaxada customer, you don't need to install any proprietary apps. Thanks to our consistently IP-based architecture, you can control and monitor your home locally or globally using any web browser. This makes it easy to share access with family members or guests.

Access control:

You can control your apartment's front door from anywhere. As a xaxada owner, you can individually configure door opening and closing. This feature is possible without major structural modifications.

Smart lighting control:

With xaxada, light switches and light sources become flexibly independent of each other in the apartment. Decide with a click of the mouse which button switches or dims which lights. Design your personal light scenes for eating, reading or watching TV. Thanks to the central IP control, you can optimize energy consumption and save on electricity costs – all without any major structural measures.

Monitoring/Measurements:

Monitor your home with temperature and humidity sensors, cameras, wind sensors, door and window contact sensors, water sensors, and various other sensors.

With xaxada, meaningful statistics can be generated from this information.

Security and smart alerting:

Ensure optimal protection for your home, even when you're away. Configure individual alarms using cameras, IP door and window sensors, and motion detectors. Thanks to our flexible wireless and Wi-Fi actuators, security is achieved entirely without structural modifications – ideal for retrofitting in rental properties.
